In consideration of my acceptance as a member of FSMA, I certify that —
1. I agree to adhere to the rules and regulations as per the FSMA Singapore Constitution.
2. I understand that the entrance fee and annual subscription paid are non-refundable/non-transferrable.
3. I authorised FSMA to charge my Credit Card to renew future annual subscription.
4. This arrangement shall remain in force unless cancelled by me in writing.
